We delivered two major leisure centre projects for one of our key clients—combining new build expertise with complex renovation work. The first was a brand-new, purpose-built 40,000 sq ft facility featuring a full suite of amenities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, spa and wellness areas, and gym facilities—each designed to accommodate high footfall and intensive daily use. The second project involved the full renovation of an existing 50,000 sq ft leisure centre, carefully upgrading all services and interiors while keeping the layout functional and future-proof. Both centres were designed with durability, user experience, and operational efficiency in mind, using robust materials and smart systems to meet the demands of busy public environments. From structural work to interior finishes, we worked closely with the client and design team to deliver high-specification, modern facilities that serve their communities while standing up to the rigours of high-traffic leisure operation.
