We acquired a 1930s-built function room set on a prominent site and successfully secured planning permission for its demolition and redevelopment. The original 10,000 sq ft structure, no longer fit for purpose, was cleared to make way for 23 high-quality new-build apartments. Designed to complement the surrounding area, the scheme maximises the site’s potential while meeting modern living standards. This project demonstrates our ability to unlock value through strategic acquisition and planning, transforming underused spaces into vibrant residential developments. From purchase to planning and delivery, we managed every stage to ensure a smooth transition from outdated venue to much-needed housing.
