York House, Stourbridge. A 15,000 sq ft commercial building we acquired, retaining the ground floor and rear units for active commercial use. Converted the upper 2 floors into 16 residential apartments. The project involved overcoming key challenges, including routing first-floor wastewater without disrupting the fully occupied retail spaces below—demonstrating our ability to deliver complex mixed-use developments with minimal impact on existing tenants. From acquisition to full occupation we managed to turn this project around in 8 months.
