A 15,000 sq ft commercial building we’ve acquired, retaining the ground floor and rear units for active commercial use. The upper two floors are being converted into 16 residential apartments. The project involves overcoming key challenges, including routing first-floor wastewater without disrupting the fully occupied retail spaces below—demonstrating our ability to deliver complex mixed-use developments with minimal impact on existing tenants.
