This 19m-high distribution facility was delivered on a tight site just 7m from a live railway line into Leicester, requiring precise coordination and logistics. The structure sits on CFA piles with vibro ground improvement to manage challenging soil conditions. A 5m-tall gabion wall was constructed along the boundary of the client's operational premises, maintaining full site access. Despite the proximity to live infrastructure and constant movement of articulated lorries, the project was delivered efficiently with zero disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations. The result is a high-volume, high-clearance facility designed to meet the demands of modern logistics with minimal compromise.
